Vegan Wild Blueberry Chia Jam

Healthy and delicious four-ingredient blueberry chia jam. Rich in flavor and antioxidants, it's naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups wild blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a sauce pan on medium heat.
  • Let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
  • Once cooled, transfer the jam to an air-tight container.
  • It will last for up to two weeks in the fridge, but you’ll probably eat it before then!

Notes

This chia jam is delicious on top of pancakes, toast, mixed into yogurt or smoothies, etc. The sky's the limit.
