Paleo Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together your wet ingredients. Then, add in your dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  • Heat up a skillet (medium heat) with coconut oil. Pour your batter into even circles. Once they start to bubble, flip. Cook for an additional minute or so.
  • Top with your favorites! Mine include—but aren't limited to—maple syrup, butter, tahini, almond butter, yogurt, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.
