Banana Chia Seed Pudding

Wholesome chia pudding recipe for your 6-12-month-old baby.
Prep Time 10 minutes


  • 1/3 cup breast milk or formula
  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 dash organic ground cinnamon


  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high for 20 seconds, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides.
  • Blend for another 30 seconds.
  • Pour into an air-tight container and place in the fridge.
  • Let chia pudding thicken for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Serve to your baby within 24 hours.


Feel free to serve this chia pudding with yogurt (organic dairy or a non-dairy yogurt), a drizzle of drippy nut butter, or bite-sized fruit.
