Ingredients
1 cupapplesauce, without added sugarno sugar added
1/4cupplain Greek yogurt(sub: coconut yogurt)
1/4cuppure maple syrup
2eggs(room temperature)
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupsblanched almond flour
1tablespoonground flaxseed(optional)
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1 1/2teaspoonsground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until well-combined (30 seconds - 1 minute). Pour into liners.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are browned.
