Healthy Applesauce Blender Muffins

Made with applesauce, yogurt, and almond flour, these are naturally sweet and packed with fiber. The best part? No need to dirty multiple dishes; the batter is blender-friendly. Save and make these for you little one(s).


  • 1 cup applesauce, without added sugar no sugar added
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (sub: coconut yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until well-combined (30 seconds - 1 minute). Pour into liners.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are browned.
