Alright, alright! It’s the end of the month. August flew by, and fall is right around the corner. So, no better time than the present to show you a few eats. August was pretty standard as far as food goes. Eggs for days. Plenty of ice cream. Lots of salads. Some pizza. Enough almond butter to feed a family of five (and I’m the only AB connoisseur in the household).
Since we’re off to Finland today (!!!!), I’m going to keep this short. If you want to learn more about how we typically eat, check out June and July’s blog posts. Oh, and this recent grocery haul. If you’d like to follow along on our adventures, I’ll be posting frequently on Instagram. I promise to keep it fun. And educational. And filled with lots of delicious food. Finland is my husband’s homeland, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where he grew up. I’m finally taking off time from work which is much overdue, too. We’ll be spending time with family, sauna-ing, and eating plenty of salmon, rye bread, and chocolate. You know, Finnish things. Happy September!
Last but not least, if you’d like to help Hurricane Harvey victims, check out this disaster relief article. My thoughts are with you, Texas. Much love.
