Today, my recipe for this chocolate avocado pudding is over on the PlayHard GiveBack blog. It’s creamy, perfectly sweet, and super versatile. While most chocolate puddings call for cornstarch, refined sugar, and egg yolks, this version is vegan (and gluten-free). For the pudding-like texture, I used a very ripe avocado. Instead of refined sugar, I used organic Grade B maple syrup. I promise you won’t taste the avocado nor will you miss the cornstarch đ
