Nutrition coaching with edie
As a double-certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Nutrition Consultant, Edie has helped countless women on their individual journeys to health. Over the past decade, Edie has healed her relationship with food and her body, regained her menstrual cycle, mitigated symptoms of PCOS, healed from a C-section birth, and currently fuels the demands of life with a toddler. In addition to her 8+ years of experience as a women’s health coach, Edie also works alongside parents to nourish their little ones in a safe, educated way.
Edie’s wellness philosophy
From the foods you eat—to the way you move your body—health is all-encompassing. In that sense, Edie’s philosophy is rooted in caring for your overall well-being. She believes in the power of nurturing yourself from the inside, out. When you wake up in the morning, she wants you to feel strong and energized. Beyond nutrition, Edie encourages her clients to take responsibility for their career, friendships, and time. She believes in the power of setting boundaries and saying no to things that don’t serve you. Said differently: it’s not selfish to put your needs first.
Through her education, research, and experience, she is well-versed in hormone balance and blood sugar regulation. She uses practical nutrition tips to guide her community. She advocates eating intuitively, honoring cravings, and feeling nourished and satisfied throughout the day. Ultimately, her approach minimizes foods that cause inflammation, gut issues, and blood sugar spikes. She de-emphasizes foods that make you feel clogged up, bogged down, and sluggish.
