10 Underrated Wellness Habits That Changed My Life in 2025
If I’m being honest, I didn’t change my life in 2025. I simplified it. There was no dramatic overhaul or hyped new wellness routine. Instead? This was the year I stopped chasing trends and started focusing on simple, sustainable habits that actually made me feel better in my body. In turn, so much shifted: my energy, hormones, confidence, income, and purpose! And in a really profound way, my work as a nutrition consultant followed. In my latest Daily Deposits podcast episode, I walk through the exact habits that shaped my year—and why doing less, more intentionally, ended up being the most transformative thing I could have done.

Why These Underrated Wellness Habits Worked
One thing I’ve learned after years of working with women is this: your body doesn’t respond well to chaos… even when that chaos is disguised as “healthy.” Most of the habits that changed my life in 2025 worked because they regulated me. They supported my nervous system, stabilized my blood sugar, helped me get my period back postpartum, and reduced a significant amount of daily decision fatigue. Basically, instead of asking my body to do more, I focused on making it feel safe, nourished, and consistent. That shift, alone, made everything else easier.
What I Share in the Podcast Episode
Rather than a checklist or a rigid routine, this episode is a reflection on the underrated wellness habits that compounded over time (my hope is that even one of these habits inspires you!). In the full episode, I talk about:
• The boundary that helped me stop drinking alcohol (without labels or over-explaining)
• Why eating the same breakfast every morning improved my energy and hormones
• How simplifying my appearance freed up more mental space than I expected
• The surprising role carbohydrates played in regulating my cycle and mood
• The “woo” habit that coincided with my highest-revenue month of the year
• Why switching from Netflix to slower, long-form content changed my evenings
• The most overlooked wellness habit I think nearly every woman needs
These aren’t trendy tips with immediate (but short-lived results. They’re practical wellness routines that fit into real life—especially if you’re a mom, run a business, or already feel maxed out. Ahem, me.

This Is for the Woman Who’s Tired of Doing the Most
If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, burned out, or disconnected from your body, this episode is for you. You don’t need a total reinvention! And you definitely don’t need another strict protocol. What you likely need is fewer inputs, more consistency, and habits that support your physiology… instead of fighting it. That’s what these wellness habits did for me—and it’s why I wanted to share them.
